Velvet Kimono is a young luxury brand based in Amsterdam that was established in 2020.
Irina Borisov, the founder of Velvet Kimono is a fashion visonary that has driven mutiple initatives and events for women, truly making her a community hero within Amsterdam but also internationally through her channe onlinel. We here at Yuedam were invited us to craft a visual concept shoot for their 2024 season. Their motto, “royal comfort, timeless style”
It speaks to the harmony between elegance and ease, a balance that exists in the way we carry ourselves, not just in what we wear.
The project was the first to utilise the model network of yuedam and connected nationalities of 3 european countries. Netherlands, Germany and Moldova.
